ERISA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Offer consulting services to both internal and external clients, as well as their attorneys and CPAs.

• Perform Peer Call Reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Deliver presentations and conduct technical training sessions.

• Create advanced training modules.

• Draft and revise retirement plan documents and notifications.

• Carry out compliance audits and manage fee-for-service engagements.

• Undertake research projects and author industry-related articles.

• Provide mentorship to Consultant (Level 2).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience with Ascensus or 7 years in the industry.

• Preferred certifications include CFP, CTFA, CFA, and CEBS.

• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), with a basic understanding of Access.

• Strong client service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
