This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional project management, oversight, implementation, and customer service for end users and stakeholders of the EHR system.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams across various clients (time slicing).
• Recruit, mentor, train, and supervise a team of analysts from entry-level to senior positions to achieve outstanding project results at multiple client sites.
• Manage the scope, deliverables, and hours billed for resources allocated to your teams and projects.
• Nurture and develop teams of entry-level analysts into proficient technical project builders over a span of 3-5 years.
• Create training curricula and materials to facilitate the advancement of entry-level analysts.
• Identify enhancement opportunities within the engagement offerings and deliver additional value to clients (speed, quality, cost).
• Remain updated on new features, functionalities, and strategic directions in the EHR relevant to your area of expertise.
• Convert complex stakeholder requirements into workflows and document decisions for future reference.
• Evaluate the criticality of requests in relation to current system functionality, maintenance considerations, and the value of builds for stakeholders.
• Conduct design, build, and testing of application functions with minimal errors.
• Propel data analysis and reporting to aid clinical and administrative decision-making.
• Enhance firm visibility through social media, community engagement, and professional associations.
• Assist in scoping proposals utilizing technical expertise as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Certification in the relevant EHR system of expertise (Bridges).
• Familiarity with Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, etc.
• In-depth understanding of EHR systems, implementation strategies, support methodologies, integrations, and third-party applications pertinent to your area of expertise.
• At least five (5) years of technical application build and migration experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams or managing projects.
• Strong technical capabilities and experience with data analysis tools.
• A passion for mentoring and training team members.
• Excellent communication skills as both an internal leader and mentor, as well as a client-facing consultant.
