📋 Description

• Assess and document business requirements and workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish system integration and application requirements.

• Collect and convert data into comprehensive functional and technical documentation.

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of clinical systems.

• Guide junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting.

• Extensive experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health.

• Epic Bridges Certification is mandatory.

• Preferred experience with EHR-to-Epic conversions and healthcare data integrations.

• Strong analytical capabilities to assess complex data and workflows.

• Proficient in gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
