This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee daily administration and enhancement of enterprise applications within Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Administer system configuration, user access, workflows, issue tracking, and routine system maintenance.
• Diagnose system and integration challenges, pinpoint root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Assist with system modifications through testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Supervise data integrity and provide support with reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management standards.
• Work alongside internal teams and vendors to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications, systems administration, or business systems operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Workday HCM and FIN modules is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot is preferred.
• Strong skills in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions among technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, business workflows, and data management practices.
• Understanding of data governance, system security, and role-based access controls.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into effective system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize automation and AI to enhance efficiency and reporting.
