Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical facets of the sales process.

• Engage directly with technical representatives from our clients and potential clients to offer customized support and design solutions.

• Develop persuasive technical demonstrations that effectively convey our product's value proposition.

• Produce technical enablement materials that enhance our sales team's efficiency and technical knowledge.

• Create self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions on their own.

• Spot opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and collaborate with our product teams to bring these ideas to fruition!

⛳️ Requirements

• Have a passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• Enjoy interacting directly with customers, refining solutions, and offering personalized support.

• Possess a knack for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.

• Exhibit strong empathy for customers as well as sales and product teams.

• Have a solid technical background to assist customers in architecting integration between our solutions and their existing systems.

• Experience engaging with customers is beneficial. It’s acceptable if your experience comes from student clubs or side projects, provided you are keen to work closely with them in a technical role.

• Proficient in Python, with a comprehensive understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
