Enterprise Field Engineer – Pre-sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to grasp customer needs and create tailored technical solutions.

• Convert business goals into technical specifications and solution designs.

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and significant Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively illustrate the advantages of the CodeRabbit platform.

• Assist in answering security questionnaires.

• Consistently provide feedback and collaborate across departments with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues, focusing on enhancing the product experience.

• Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-driven development tools and platforms.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and the documentation of playbooks, guides, and best practices.

• Facilitate the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including at least 2 years in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

• Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, from technical teams to business executives.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously.

• Strong background in software development tools and platforms.

• Comfortable using command line interfaces.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and a desire to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.

• Openness to enhance the knowledge and skills of peers through mentorship, training, and shadowing.
