This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.
• Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise-level clients, assisting them in maximizing the effectiveness of our innovative generative AI search optimization software solution.
• Convert platform data into strategic insights customized to align with each client’s business objectives and industry trends, facilitating measurable enhancements in visibility and optimization.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding, educational, and adoption processes—ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Organize quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions aimed at enhancing content visibility, promoting organic growth, and improving AI-discovery performance (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a marketing-oriented SaaS organization.
• A true builder mindset—you’ve joined teams in their early stages, developed processes from the ground up, and take pride in the systems you've established.
• Proven proficiency with AI tools integrated into your daily tasks—utilizing them for research, drafting, analysis, synthesis, and enhanced problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills—you are adept at translating complex technical insights into clear and compelling strategic action plans that motivate clients to take action.
• Documented experience managing a strategic enterprise client portfolio, complete with playbooks to demonstrate your effectiveness.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain situations—you don’t wait for perfect information; you take initiative and adapt as needed.
