This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the main relationship manager for a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, fostering trusted partnerships to grasp investment goals, operational priorities, and strategies for value creation.
• Anticipate the changing needs of clients and pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth through additional products and/or services.
• Monitor and evaluate client health indicators to ensure a high-quality experience and encourage long-term retention.
• Collaborate across departments to find opportunities for standardizing technology, reporting frameworks, and best practices among various portfolio companies.
• Maintain oversight of portfolio activities and actively engage clients through strategic business reviews.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to executive stakeholders and leadership teams of portfolio companies.
• Offer strategic recommendations that align with portfolio expansion, operational maturity, and investment timelines.
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to the post-live team structure, confirming that adoption and retention protocols are effectively established.
• Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders across a portfolio of clients and portfolio companies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling within an enterprise client book, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technology.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client priorities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise or Private Equity Client Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management within SaaS, ERP, financial technology, or professional services sectors.
• Proven experience with Construction/Real Estate financial workflows, possessing comprehensive industry knowledge in this area.
• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms, particularly Sage Intacct.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex client relationships and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and investment stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple portfolio clients.
