This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the EA function by taking responsibility for operational, data, and governance tasks.
• Ensure effective alignment and coordination among internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and AI-enhanced delivery.
• Lead the transition to the desired IT operating model.
• Oversee architecture demand and manage governance workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare governance documentation.
• Maintain and improve EA data products (capabilities, applications, etc.).
• Provide support for Power BI reporting and decision-making resources.
• Assist in capability assessments and maturity evaluations.
• Facilitate EA tooling (e.g., ADOIT) and integrations (CMDB, data platform, etc.).
• Serve as a liaison across internal teams, MSPs, and governance entities.
• TOGAF Certification (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience in IT, architecture, or data environments.
• Capability to coordinate among various stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with governance processes and structured workflows.
• Knowledge of ARCHIMATE and ITIL4 (preferred).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
