Enterprise Architect – SAP GROW, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the overarching architecture vision, principles, and standards for the enterprise.

• Develop the target-state architectures for business, applications, data, integration, and technology.

• Align business goals with the capabilities of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Create roadmaps for enterprise transformation and modernization strategies.

• Ensure that all transformation initiatives maintain architectural consistency.

• Lead initiatives focused on business process transformation across the enterprise.

• Promote the adoption of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.

• Conduct executive workshops and facilitate discussions on business architecture.

• Identify areas for process simplification, automation, and standardization.

• Support initiatives related to organizational change and digital transformation.

• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes for architecture.

• Define strategies for integration and implement an API-first architecture approach.

• Advocate for clean-core and cloud-first design principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, ERP transformation, or SAP consulting.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP GROW, Business Process Transformation, Cloud Strategy & Governance, Integration Architecture, and Data Architecture.

• Strong comprehension of SAP Activate Methodology, SAP Best Practices, Clean Core Principles, and the Fit-to-Standard Approach.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
