This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in Enterprise Architecture initiatives related to M&A integration projects.
• Evaluate the existing application and technology landscapes.
• Establish target-state architectures and integration plans.
• Document application inventories, technology databases, and architectural artifacts.
• Conduct application rationalization and pinpoint consolidation opportunities.
• Align business capabilities with corresponding applications.
• Lead architecture workshops involving business and IT stakeholders.
• Aid in Day 1 activities, TSA Exit, and long-term integration strategies.
• Collaborate with teams in business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
• Assess solution designs for compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Identify integration challenges, technical debt, and dependencies.
• Sustain architecture repositories and governance documentation.
• Create executive-level architecture evaluations and recommendations.
• Support the effective execution of integration projects with teams and partners.
• 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, or 5–10 years in Solution/Application Architecture with significant exposure to Enterprise Architecture.
• Previous experience in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) integration is required.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledgeable in Integration Architecture.
• Experience with enterprise application landscape assessments.
• Skilled in application portfolio management.
• Competent in business capability mapping.
• Experienced in application rationalization.
• Capable of defining integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Proficient in creating executive-level architecture documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in supporting multiple acquisitions or divestitures is a plus.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks is advantageous.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, erwin Evolve, or similar tools is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for architecture workshops.
