This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and sustain enterprise applications including NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and others, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility for users.
• Deliver daily support and troubleshoot application-related issues, addressing incident tickets and service requests from internal users.
• Act as subject matter experts for managed platforms within integration workflows, working with integration teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve data flow challenges.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides for applications, ensuring that clear and accurate information is accessible to end users and stakeholders.
• Execute data imports, exports, and maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Oversee user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate access control across all systems.
• Assist in testing, upgrades, and deployments of application enhancements, collaborating closely with other administrators, developers, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Developers, and other teams to identify business needs, propose solutions, and deliver application enhancements aligned with organizational objectives.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve system errors, providing timely updates and following up with relevant parties to effectively resolve incidents.
• Approach problem-solving with an architectural perspective, considering upstream/downstream impacts, integration dependencies, and long-term scalability instead of addressing issues in isolation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration practices.
• Basic understanding of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions or Data Factory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently.
