This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Conduct daily monitoring and management of support tickets

• Troubleshoot issues in systems and host environments

• Assess, recommend, and implement security solutions

• Manage user lifecycle activities

• Hold meetings with clients to align on needs

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors

• Maintain accurate system records and documentation

• Assist system users by creating instructional guides

• Support compliance, security, and governance initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD)

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID

• Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is highly desirable)

• Understanding of Windows Server, DNS, basic networking concepts, and system logs

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in leading client meetings and gathering requirements
