
Enterprise Account Technical Lead β Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into customer systems, workflows, challenges, and goals, and translate these findings into actionable strategies.
β’ Create and uphold a strategic technical roadmap for each account, ensuring that customer objectives align with Autodesk's capabilities.
β’ Design and specify customized technical solutions that showcase ROI and align with the customer's business initiatives.
β’ Organize and guide technical specialists to provide demonstrations, benchmarks, evaluations, and ROI modeling.
β’ Build credibility through consistent delivery, accurate information, and a solution-oriented approach.
β’ Foster long-term technical partnerships with customers to support ongoing success and innovation.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to pinpoint cross-sell and upsell opportunities and co-create customer success plans.
β’ Lead and mentor the resolution of complex technical issues that have been escalated by Customer Success.
β’ A degree, relevant education, or equivalent work experience in AECO or Data and Platform solutions.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
β’ Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with the Autodesk solution portfolio (AECO β Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations).
β’ An outcome-focused mindset towards addressing customer challenges.
β’ Experienced in, or interested in, a sales-supporting role (e.g., presales).
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Capacity to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
β’ A collaborative team player capable of managing multiple priorities.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region.
