
Enterprise Account Executive – Offensive Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Collaborate closely with your team, founders, and product to enhance positioning and gather valuable customer insights.
• Assist in defining and establishing consistent outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Connect with technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility.
• Oversee the sales pipeline with an emphasis on speed, value, and transparency—avoiding inflated forecasts.
• Collaborate across departments to influence pricing, go-to-market strategy, and the future of our customer experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record in commercial SaaS sales, specifically in Security and Application Security.
• Excel in early-stage environments where uncertainty is common and enjoy building the playbook rather than merely executing it.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical buyers—willing to ask questions, delve deeper, and prioritize listening over talking.
• Capable of generating demand, not just managing it—comfortable with prospecting and storytelling in new markets.
• Possess a coachable attitude, curiosity, and a drive to solve genuine problems for real users.
• Adopt an ownership mindset and have a proactive approach.
• Bonus qualifications include:
• - Experience selling to Financial Services or other regulated sectors.
• - Direct sales experience within the CISO’s organization at large Fortune 500 companies.
• - Background in selling pentesting or Application Security solutions.
