This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Efficiently plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, ensuring activities start and end on time;
β’ Adhere to the established schedules for each class, honoring the methodology and student group profiles;
β’ Assign and evaluate homework, as well as written and oral assessments, while providing constructive feedback;
β’ Input grades for homework, assessments, and other activities into the school management system;
β’ Submit report cards, reports, and other pertinent documents by the designated deadlines;
β’ Maintain class registers in the school management system;
β’ Promote the use of pedagogical tools provided by the school to enhance lessons (e.g., CNA Net).
β’ Proficient in all four English language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing;
β’ Prior teaching experience in language schools or educational institutions is preferred;
β’ Experience working with students across various age groups and proficiency levels;
β’ Capability to implement teaching methodologies and tailor them to suit the class profile;
β’ Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools for both online and in-person teaching;
β’ Willingness to engage in training and pedagogical events provided by the school;
β’ A degree in Languages, Education, Translation, or related fields is preferred;
β’ Certifications demonstrating English proficiency, such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge exams, are preferred.
