English Gaming Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you will be responsible for addressing customer support queries for a designated game studio.

• You will assist players with account and technical challenges while resolving questions related to purchases and gameplay.

• You will collaborate with a team of agents under the supervision of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager, participating in training modules that promote your growth and skill enhancement.

• You will keep abreast of the client's latest projects and updates, as well as previous releases and branding, ensuring that players continue to enjoy their favorite games.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum C1).

• Your residence is located in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, or Peru.

• You have extensive gaming knowledge and a passion for all things related to video games.

• You own a modern gaming PC or laptop.

• You are a quick learner, take initiative, and excel in troubleshooting.

• You have a dedicated, quiet workspace within your home.

• (Optional) Previous experience in a customer service setting is an advantage.
