Engineering Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage a team of Engineers to assist with day-to-day tasks related to Product Master and Vendor Master, including ticket resolution and system updates.

• Oversee the architecture of backend services, SQL/data models, and data pipelines.

• Direct the design and implementation of ASP.Net/.Net applications and REST APIs.

• Actively develop solutions utilizing Databricks.

• Ensure system reliability through effective monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

• Advise the team on best practices for backend development, data management, and distributed systems.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with data processing using Spark / Databricks.

• Proficient in managing large-scale data processing for both batch and streaming (SSIS/ADF/Kafka/Service Bus/Event Hub).

• Extensive knowledge of .Net / ASP.Net frameworks.

• Strong background in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• In-depth understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically in Azure and GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts.

• Experience in leading teams or spearheading technical projects.

• High level of accountability for production systems and delivery outcomes.
