Engineering Program Manager – Data, Analytics, Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead cross-functional projects focused on user behavior data and analytics, encompassing purchases, subscriptions, and sales trends.

• Assist in the transition from the outdated Data and Analytics application to a newly developed internal analytics tool.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder teams who are end-users of the commerce data.

• Facilitate coordination among stakeholder teams to ensure alignment on dashboarding, reporting infrastructure, user interface elements, and API design.

• Oversee project timelines, stakeholder contributions, and technical program plans to guarantee successful execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level program management experience within data and analytics environments, particularly dealing with Commerce and Payment data, including transactions, clicks, and purchases.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities to interpret data implications, its significance, and how it can be utilized for informed decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with ambiguous information, often under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with BI tools, backend and frontend system specifications, and data infrastructure that supports reporting tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholder teams to identify and implement requirements for analytics applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, gather feedback, and achieve consensus on common technical goals.

• Comfortable working independently and thriving in fast-paced environments.
