• Analyze build and test performance, optimizing CI pipelines

• Integrate and enhance code review tools and automated review systems

• Incorporate AI into development methods

• Assess the impact of AI tools on productivity

• Advocate for engineering best practices and excellence

• Over 7 years of software engineering experience, emphasizing developer productivity, infrastructure, or platform engineering

• Proficient in Go, TypeScript, Python, Rust, and shell scripting

• Experience with CI/CD systems and optimizing pipelines

• Familiarity with local development environments and ensuring reproducibility

• Expertise in containerization and image optimization

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools

• Experience in test infrastructure and orchestration

• Proficiency in code review and developer workflow tools

• Familiarity with monorepo tooling, build systems, and package managers

• Experience with metrics for developer productivity and feedback mechanisms

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience working in asynchronous or globally distributed teams
