Engineering Member – Experiment Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and construct resilient backend services primarily utilizing Python and Go to support our API Gateway and Experiment Platform.

• Collaborate closely with researchers, infrastructure teams, and agent platform engineers to convert research workflows into user-friendly APIs, data models, and developer experiences.

• Promote the use of agent-native research workflows by implementing the Experiment CLI.

• Connect with existing research infrastructure and create dashboards to monitor adoption and usage metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing production APIs, distributed systems, or platform infrastructure.

• Solid engineering principles in backend architecture, API and database design, and operational excellence.

• Proven capability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing stakeholders together around a unified technical vision.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ML research workflows, including experiments, training runs, evaluations, checkpoints, configurations, datasets, and research iteration cycles.
