Engineer Manager, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

• Develop and implement the security engineering strategy.

• Guide and support a team of security and platform engineers.

• Design secure cloud environments and ensure effective IAM practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in cyber security engineering.

• Initial experience in a leadership position within an engineering-oriented department.

• Willingness to dedicate roughly 50% of your time to hands-on work.

• Capability to influence both technical and business strategies.

• Extensive experience in security engineering.

• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2).

• Experience in the payment or financial services sector is advantageous.
