Engenheiro MLOps Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain complex and distributed systems for the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to production monitoring.

• Implement and evolve the MLOps architecture, including Feature Store, Model Serving, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage and apply cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Develop auxiliary tools and internal frameworks to streamline team workflows.

• Ensure software development best practices, including testing, clean code, and sustainable architecture.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales/Marketing teams to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) or in MLOps within production environments.

• Mandatory knowledge of Distributed Systems and scalable architectures.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and good software engineering practices.

• Practical experience with Spark and/or Dask.

• Experience with cloud computing, primarily AWS; knowledge of GCP or Azure is also acceptable.

• Practical knowledge in infrastructure management using Terraform.

• Experience with Docker.

• Familiarity with the lifecycle and deployment of traditional Regression and Classification models.

• Kubernetes (K8s) experience is desirable.

• Knowledge of Kafka and asynchronous processing patterns is a plus.

• Workflow orchestration tools experience, preferably with Prefect; Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar tools are also valid.

• Enthusiasm or initial experience in deploying LLMs/GenAI in production.

• Desirable knowledge in Java, Rust, C/C++, or GPU computing.

• Advanced English skills for reading, writing, and technical documentation are preferred.
