• Design, develop, configure, and customize Click Software solutions (ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, Click Field Service Edge).
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system extensions.
• Build and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, billing systems).
• Analyze requirements for scheduling, dispatching, and workforce optimization, and propose technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Click environments.
• Support system updates, patches, and the deployment of new features.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams during implementations.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–7+ years of experience working with Click Software solutions or Click Field Service.
• Hands-on experience with ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, and ClickOptimize.
• Strong knowledge of Click configuration frameworks, rules, and scripts.
• Understanding of field service management concepts, including scheduling, dispatching, and workforce planning.
• Experience in building integrations using APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript, XML, Groovy, or similar).
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
