Engenheiro de Dados GCP – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• A hands-on professional focused on implementing the proposed architecture, ensuring that the agent understands natural language, accesses necessary data, and maintains conversation coherence.

• Orchestration Implementation: Develop the orchestration layer of the agent using LangGraph, constructing state graphs and conversation flows.

• Tool Development (Tool Calling): Implement and integrate structured API calls (tool calling) and systems provided by the client, ensuring retry and fallback mechanisms.

• RAG and Knowledge Base: Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines so that the agent can query the N1 knowledge base and retrieve contexts efficiently.

• State Management: Implement state persistence (checkpointing) to support smooth multi-turn conversations.

• Deployment on GCP: Execute deployment, continuous integration, and configuration of necessary resources on Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Cloud Run, Vector Databases on GCP, Cloud Storage).

• Knowledge Transfer: Actively support the daily technical knowledge transfer to the client’s team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong programming skills: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience and exceptional mastery in Python, which serves as the foundation for orchestration implementation.

• GCP Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in creating data/AI pipelines, integrating, and deploying applications on the Google Cloud platform.

• Practical AI Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines over knowledge bases, as well as implementing structured tool calls (tool calling with retry and fallback logic).

• Persistence and Databases: At least 2 to 3 years of experience with databases, including a strong understanding of state management (checkpointing) to support smooth multi-turn conversations.

• Best Engineering Practices: A minimum of 3 years of experience with best development practices (code versioning, testing, CI/CD), ensuring that the agent's intelligence operates in an auditable and reliable manner.
