Engenharia de Software Frontend Sênior – React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Transform complex frontend challenges into intuitive, high-performance, and scalable experiences.

• Function as a Full Stack engineer, focusing on frontend while also contributing to the backend (APIs and services).

• Lead the technical strategy and implementation of frontend features and experiments.

• Tackle complex technical challenges with an emphasis on quality, performance, and scalability.

• Make data-driven technical decisions and utilize metrics to continuously enhance solutions.

• Anticipate technical risks and identify opportunities for improvement from the outset of initiatives.

• Ensure application quality through automated testing and monitoring.

• Develop accessible and scalable interfaces, providing an excellent user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a focus on frontend development.

• Background in high-autonomy environments, short delivery cycles, data-driven experimentation, and dynamic, ambiguous contexts.

• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a solid foundation in web application development.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS, emphasizing performance, accessibility, and user experience.

• Experience in consuming and integrating REST APIs and the ability to work on the backend layer when needed, enhancing APIs and services.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and best engineering practices, including SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, DRY, and object-oriented programming.

• Experience with automated testing (Jest and Testing Library), developing reusable components, and evolving Design Systems.

• Familiarity with Docker, monitoring, observability, and application performance analysis.

• Experience using AI tools in software development (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar), with a critical eye to review, validate, and take responsibility for generated code.

• Ability to strategically leverage AI by structuring context, constraints, and decomposing complex problems.
