This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and coordinate the scoping, quoting, and contracting processes for engagements with clients and partners.
• Engage in scoping discussions and meticulously document technical notes to facilitate contract formulation.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, partners, and technical teams to guarantee smooth execution of engagements.
• Convert client requirements and incident information into practical service scopes that adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in sales and effort estimation during the initial engagement phases.
• Aid in developing Statements of Work (SoWs) and foster strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure a seamless contract approval process.
• Ensure the consistent provision of high-quality service and support throughout client and partner engagements.
• Offer after-hours support on a rotational basis, ensuring availability during critical incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience assisting executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Previous exposure to the cybersecurity industry or technical incident support (preferred).
