This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Ensure that Cradle’s largest clients succeed across their entire protein R&D portfolio.
• Take ownership of success at the portfolio level by fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Align on metrics for portfolio success and guarantee measurable value across various departments.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders in global biopharma and industrial biotech organizations.
• Guide strategic planning, adoption, and growth of Cradle’s platform.
• Collaborate closely with Scientific Advisors, Account Executives, and Product teams.
• Translate Cradle’s scientific impact into tangible business outcomes and long-lasting partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of biopharma R&D workflows.
• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing positions (program management, consulting, or customer success), preferably in Life Sciences.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs and delivering measurable ROI.
• Exceptional relationship-building, executive presence, clear communication, and outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficient in presenting scientific and business insights to both internal and external cross-functional audiences.
• MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel to and work from customer locations (20% of the time).
