Energy Markets Analyst – NYISO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve tools that facilitate participation in NYISO’s Wholesale Capacity Market.

• Interpret and convey program guidelines into user-friendly instructions for account managers and clients, along with technical specifications for product development.

• Create and enhance analytical tools that cater to both operational and customer-facing requirements.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to boost margin and overall portfolio performance.

• Innovate and propose new strategies for how Voltus can continue to provide Better Energy and More Cash to our clients.

• Proficient in programming with Python, SQL, and possesses strong technical skills in Excel.

• Demonstrated interest in the energy and/or climate sectors.

• Experience in the demand-side energy sector (Preferred, not mandatory).

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
