This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver technical support and administration for business applications within Windows and mobile environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application installation, performance, access, compatibility, and functionality.
• Address application incidents, service requests, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
• Oversee the application lifecycle, which includes packaging, deployment, updates, maintenance, and retirement.
• Assist in application testing, version control, release readiness, and validation after deployment.
• Implement and manage applications utilizing Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and other enterprise management systems.
• Set up and maintain application settings, policies, and security requirements to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Monitor application deployments, troubleshoot installation problems, and uphold application health and reliability.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) while providing a high level of customer support.
• Keep precise technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures updated.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing application management, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality technology solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose enhancements to tools, processes, and service delivery.
• Experience in a comparable IT application support, endpoint management, or EUC role.
• Proven experience in supporting business applications on both Windows and mobile platforms.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience in managing application deployments, packaging, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management methodologies.
• Basic skills in PowerShell or shell scripting (preferable).
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities with a knack for efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
