Endocrinologist – Independent Reviewer for Disability Appeals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform independent, evidence-based file evaluations.

• Assess patient records and associated documentation according to clinical guidelines.

• Deliver objective, high-quality reports within specified turnaround times.

• Ensure adherence to URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Board-Certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.

• Valid, unrestricted U.S. State Medical License.

• Involved in clinical practice for 20 hours per week or more.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience.

• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings.

• Capable of working independently and utilizing online review platforms.
