This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Tourism & Events to brainstorm, conceptualize, implement, and oversee regional policy media and storytelling initiatives and materials across key narrative themes, including but not limited to economic impact and responsible, sustainable tourism.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance amplification campaigns for both the general public and political stakeholders through branded materials across a variety of channels, including online and offline experiential elements, engagement resources, political events, emails, digital data visualization, and physical assets.
• Partner effectively with regional and country Reputation leads to create a premier global campaign program, which includes innovating, refining, and enhancing proactive and responsive campaigning tactics, channel strategies, and stakeholder mapping.
• Assist in the development of internal communications, playbooks, and documentation in collaboration with the global Amplification Lead and regional leads, which involves synthesizing data, polling, research, and compiling campaign performance and progress reports.
• Take the lead in ensuring operational excellence within the team, including reporting, KPI tracking, budget management, documentation, organization of files and folders, as well as procurement and vendor management responsibilities.
• Over 6 years of experience in comprehensive marketing and/or public relations, successfully amplifying campaigns through diverse online and offline channels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding project and program management abilities, with a proven track record of quickly building, scaling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the aptitude to convert complex concepts into actionable campaign strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
• Experience in vendor management and project oversight across various business functions and geographical locations.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment while managing several projects at once.
• Strong leadership qualities and a successful history of working across cross-functional teams.
• A deep interest and understanding of general political and social dynamics, along with an in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes and political landscapes.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel (10-20%).
