This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Developing communication strategies, schedules, and content with a focus on employer branding for clients' social media channels.
• Writing posts primarily related to the IT industry.
• Conducting interviews and consultations with industry experts.
• Managing social media (publishing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram profiles).
• Independently managing projects – maintaining ongoing contact with clients and comprehensively executing actions (with support from a leader in problem-solving).
• Conducting regular consultations in both Polish and English.
• Collaborating with photo and video subcontractors as well as our graphic studio.
• Supporting the team and sharing experiences.
• Reporting on conducted activities.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and employer branding.
• Experience in the technology or IT industry will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in organizing EB campaigns, knowledge of the market and available tools.
• Expertise in creating, editing, and promoting various types of texts.
• Strong writing skills and experience in creating engaging content, with an emphasis on employer branding.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Polish (excellent knowledge of spelling, grammatical forms, and stylistic nuances of the Polish language is a must).
• Proficient in using the Office suite and Asana.
