Embedded Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting in the development of innovative AI solutions for Syntiant's award-winning neural accelerators.

• Tasked with designing and executing top-tier embedded firmware, low-level systems software, and device driver programming.

• Chance to contribute original ideas and spearhead several crucial projects.

• Work in collaboration with a skilled team of scientists and engineers from renowned companies such as AWS AI, Microsoft, Broadcom, Qualcomm, and Bell Labs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with C/C++ in embedded systems.

• More than 3 years of professional experience in developing frameworks for Linux-based embedded systems using C/C++.

• At least 4 years of experience with software and hardware platforms in Linux, Android, and RTOS.

• Skilled in Python, shell scripting, Git, and CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with peripherals such as SPI, I2C, I2S, etc.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Enthusiastic about Machine Learning solutions on edge devices.
