Email Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement email marketing and SMS strategies for PDM clients.

• Oversee the daily operations of the email marketing channel, which includes managing the marketing calendar, strategy and content, building and deploying email campaigns, as well as conducting A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.

• Create and manage automated email marketing programs for clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in email communications.

• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations on lifecycle programs to clients.

• Utilize data to continuously test, measure, and enhance the email marketing program.

• Collaborate across various internal digital channels to ensure cohesive strategies.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.

• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting abilities, along with a solid understanding of A/B testing practices, and the capability to interpret data and take appropriate actions.

• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar tools.

• SMS marketing experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and effective copy and design strategies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
