This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the broadcast sending schedule across acquisition lists, inactive audiences, and academic calendar initiatives.

• Create, test, and deploy campaigns in the email service provider (ESP), including audience segmentation, scheduling, and link tracking.

• Oversee list management, suppression, and handling of unsubscribe requests.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, preview texts, and calls to action (CTAs).

• Produce a weekly report on email performance, detailing opens, clicks, conversions, and deliverability metrics.

• Compose, revise, and publish blog entries, guides, and resource pages according to the content calendar established by the SEO managers.

• Enhance existing content for better search performance by refreshing pages, improving on-page SEO, and updating internal links.

• Collaborate with freelance writers and editors as needed based on content volume.

• Uphold on-page SEO criteria, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, and internal linking.

• Monitor content performance metrics (rankings, organic traffic, page-level conversions) and identify pages that require attention.

• Share the weekly email performance report with the growth team.

• Present a monthly content performance report to the SEO team.

• Identify anomalies, highlight optimization possibilities, and suggest tests or content updates based on data insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing, content marketing, or a combination of both.

• Practical experience in sending broadcast email campaigns using a modern ESP (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

• Knowledge of audience segmentation, list management, and fundamental deliverability practices.

• Proficient in using a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress and understanding basic on-page SEO.

• Strong writing skills: clear, aligned with brand voice, and devoid of unnecessary jargon.

• Ability to analyze performance reports and make data-driven decisions.

• Reliable execution of tasks: meets deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Experience in managing sender reputation, domain warm-up, and deliverability tracking (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blocklist management).

• Proven track record in producing authoritative, well-researched, expert-cited content (aligned with E-E-A-T principles).

• Experience in long-form content writing (1,500+ word guides and resource pages).

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.

• Experience creating reports in Looker Studio, GA4, or similar reporting platforms.

• Understanding of student, academic, or educational audiences.
