Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Compose, revise, and distribute email campaigns and newsletters.

• Strategize, schedule, and release content on social media platforms.

• Evaluate performance metrics for email and social media initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to uphold a content calendar.

• Ensure all content and creative materials are accurate and comply with brand standards.

• Assist in promoting events.

• Aid in the upkeep of marketing documentation and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, with some familiarity in social media marketing.

• Excellent email copywriting abilities.

• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the USA.
