Electronics Technician, Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance and address electrical inquiries.

• Evaluate customer issues via phone or email.

• Conduct fault diagnostics based on customer reports.

• Collaborate on complex cases internally to ensure effective fault resolution.

• Aid in the development of a professional after-sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified electronics technician/electrician (m/f/d) with a focus on energy and building services.

• Significant experience in building installations and customer service.

• Familiarity with meter cabinets within the single-family home sector.

• Initial exposure to heat pumps is advantageous.

• Excellent communication abilities over the phone.

• Strong IT skills and a keen interest in modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring).
