Educational Content Coordinator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee project workflows, schedules, and deliverables for SEO content creation.

• Collaborate with freelancers on onboarding processes, communication, and task assistance.

• Execute quality assurance to guarantee content meets quality standards and adheres to SEO guidelines.

• Keep thorough documentation, reports, and tracking systems updated.

• Execute basic content management system (CMS) updates and aid in content uploads.

• Organize and format content in Excel/Sheets for uploads and reporting purposes.

• Assist in taxonomy organization and operate internal AI tools as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or content operations.

• At least 1 year of experience implementing SEO principles in a content or digital setting.

• 6 months or more of practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to facilitate workflows.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including the use of formulas such as VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH, as well as linking data across sheets.

• Familiarity with project management applications (e.g., Asana, Airtable) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful).

• Strong English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate with freelancers or contractors.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including a minimum of 4 hours of overlap during the Tuesday–Saturday window from 3 AM to 12:00 PM PH time.
