⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in teaching ELA/Reading.

• Experience in coaching teachers.

• Background in delivering ELA/Reading professional development.

• Strong familiarity with the Common Core State Standards.

• Proficient in using digital tools, including online assessments.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Strong computer and internet skills.
