• Oversee a portfolio of partner agents
• Establish and nurture relationships with agents
• Meet new student enrollment and profit objectives
• Create and implement sales account strategies
• Manage the pipeline for applicant generation and conversion
• Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams
• Recruit and onboard new agents
• Represent Study Group at exhibitions and recruitment events
• Identify opportunities and risks for partner growth
• Provide training on products and processes to agents
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate visits and insights with university partners
• Manage budget, including scholarship allocations
• Native speaker of the home country language & Fluent in English
• Customer-service focused with a consultative sales approach
• Proficient in computer use
• At ease in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and objectives
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience with CRM and data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
• Knowledgeable about student recruitment in the local market
• Familiar with agents in the local market
• Skilled in effective communication and influencing agents’ decision-making
• Well-informed about market demands and trends
• B2B or Channel Sales experience is preferred
• Understanding of international education systems
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools, like Power BI
• Cold calling experience is preferred
