EDI Production Support Analyst – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily EDI transactions to confirm that orders, invoices, and shipment notifications are accurately sent and received.

• Quickly identify and rectify EDI or system integration errors to prevent delays in order processing or fulfillment.

• Work in partnership with operations, logistics, accounting, IT, and external trading partners to address data issues.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and resolutions to issues.

• Analyze recurring EDI errors to determine root causes and propose enhancements.

• Assist in the onboarding and testing of new trading partners, including the validation of EDI transaction sets.

• Ensure proper synchronization of ERP system data, particularly in NetSuite, with EDI transactions.

• Stay updated on retailer and marketplace EDI standards to ensure integrations remain compliant and efficient.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Proficient understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML/Flat File EDI formats.

• Knowledge of EDI document types including 850, 856, 810, 940, and 945.

• Capability to read and interpret mapping specifications.

• Skills to troubleshoot translation errors effectively.

• Experience with ERP systems and EDI integrations is preferred.

• Prior experience in supporting EDI implementations or partner onboarding.

• Ability to adapt in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Strong collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
