This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the internal expert on Amazon Vendor Central, offering guidance and best practices to the Marketplace Team and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Senior Brand Managers to implement strategic initiatives and operational plans for designated brands.
• Assist the Marketplace Team with intricate Vendor Central challenges, troubleshooting, and operational escalations.
• Provide specialized knowledge on Vendor Central capabilities, retail programs, catalog management, and Amazon policies.
• Aid in product launches, catalog updates, listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Store projects.
• Analyze Vendor Central data and retail performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for sales growth, operational enhancement, and risk mitigation.
• Support inventory initiatives related to purchase orders, Instock Rate, Fill Rate, shortages, receiving issues, and replenishment performance.
• Oversee complex Vendor Central cases and liaise with Amazon Support for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.
• Assist with Amazon compliance efforts, Brand Registry coordination, operational troubleshooting, and ensuring retail readiness.
• Create Amazon Attribution links and assist with campaign measurement initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams from Creative, Advertising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using Monday.com and other project management tools.
• Develop and sustain SOPs, training resources, and Vendor Central process documentation.
• Identify potential areas for process enhancements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Keep up-to-date with updates, features, retail programs, and best practices related to Amazon Vendor Central.
• Represent Neato in a professional manner during internal and external communications.
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in approach.
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
• Capability to provide guidance on Vendor Central, troubleshoot issues, share best practices, and recommend process improvements.
• Understanding of Vendor Central functionalities, retail programs, catalog management, and Amazon policies.
• Experience or ability related to product launches, catalog updates, listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Store initiatives.
• Competence in analyzing Vendor Central data and retail performance metrics.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, Instock Rate, Fill Rate, shortages, receiving issues, and replenishment performance.
• Skill in managing complex Vendor Central cases and coordinating escalations with Amazon Support.
• Knowledge of Amazon compliance initiatives, Brand Registry, retail readiness, and Amazon Attribution.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and other project management tools.
• Ability to create SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Capacity to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
