Ecommerce Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Monitor daily KPIs essential for making informed business decisions and enhancing efficiency.

• Evaluate and address Amazon cases effectively.

• Oversee freelancers and virtual assistants on projects such as website development and content creation.

• Generate reports, record and verify invoices, and contribute to financial functions.

• Liaise with manufacturers to ensure seamless operations.

• Track and assess marketing performance, collaborating with the team to implement strategies.

• Assist in expanding into new marketplaces, including Walmart and TikTok.

• Address issues and manage ad hoc tasks as required.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various team members (Customer Support, Supply Chain, etc.).

• Oversee and enhance Supply Chain operations.

• Ensure that the core team remains accountable and operates efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a role such as Head of E-commerce Operations or a similar position.

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Listings, and Shopify platforms.

• Background in Project Management.

• Strong organizational abilities with an emphasis on cost efficiency, ROI, and profit margins.

• Additional advantage for: Experience in product development.

• Comprehensive understanding of PPC or media buying.

• Resourceful, motivated, and able to excel in a dynamic environment.
