eCommerce Listing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and publish product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality prior to content going live.

• Structure, format, and enhance product descriptions to boost readability and ensure uniform presentation throughout the catalog.

• Examine product details for completeness and correctness, applying standardized formatting and naming conventions to all listings.

• Classify products and assign relevant attributes based on established guidelines.

• Arrange product images to align with presentation standards.

• Detect missing, inconsistent, or ambiguous information and relay it to the team, adhering to documented workflows and SOPs.

• Assist in refining workflows, documentation, and quality standards over time.

• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient written English communication skills.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel.

• Strong file management capabilities.

• Ability to adhere to documented procedures and maintain precision while handling large quantities of product information.

• Willingness to learn new software, e-commerce platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is preferred.

• Basic image editing skills are a plus.

• Understanding of basic SEO principles is preferred.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
