This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement a dynamic and effective sourcing strategy to attract outstanding talent.
• Perform intricate internet searches using a variety of search engines, social media, cold calling, networking, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.
• Proactively network and create strong candidate pools for various positions and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and organizational culture fit.
• Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting in the applicant tracking system.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Achieve successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment focused on metrics and deadlines.
• Consistently meet and surpass performance expectations and goals each month.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adapt seamlessly to changes and show flexibility when directions or priorities evolve.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have a solid understanding of social media and a comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs.
