• Oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, which includes planning, drafting, editing, and submitting RFP responses.
• Create clear, concise, and persuasive content that aligns with client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Tailor responses to address client-specific requirements, industry context, and organizational strengths.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, account management, legal, finance) to gather relevant content and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to all RFP instructions, formatting standards, and submission guidelines.
• Handle multiple proposals concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Engage in proposal strategy discussions and contribute to themes and positioning for winning proposals.
• Review and refine content for clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of proposal processes and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the healthcare, behavioral health, or EAP sectors.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in responding to government and public sector RFPs is preferred.
• Capability to convert complex services into clear and compelling narratives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and SharePoint.
• Experience with uploading proposals to various online bid portals.
