E-commerce Payments Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the Payments Team, supervising both Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams.

• Offer training, direction, and performance management to guarantee KPIs are achieved.

• Oversee daily operations related to Chargebacks and Accounts Receivable.

• Ensure efficient processing of chargebacks from initiation to resolution.

• Assist specialists in attaining high rates of chargeback success.

• Supervise accurate and timely processing of payments for Accounts Receivable.

• Aid the team in reprocessing as many leads as feasible.

• Analyze trends in chargebacks and accounts receivable.

• Provide insights to management and pinpoint opportunities for process improvements.

• Develop and present regular reports on team performance.

• Ensure compliance in payment handling with processor regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

• Address complex issues related to chargebacks and accounts receivable.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes and minimize financial risks.

• Continuously assess and enhance the processes of Accounts Receivable and Chargebacks.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Background in the banking industry or payment processing.

• Minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership position.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in team management.

• Capability to analyze data and recognize trends.
