
E-Commerce Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of sitewide campaign implementation for seasonal updates, new product introductions, sales events, promotional strategies, and homepage/collection merchandising revisions.
• Create landing pages that support customer acquisition and retention, in alignment with paid media, email/SMS, and lifecycle channels.
• Establish landing-page hypotheses, conversion objectives, and measurement strategies.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, designers, and copywriters.
• Conduct regular campaign meetings, keep stakeholders updated, and proactively address calendar risks.
• Request, evaluate, and approve site content while maintaining quality, brand voice, compliance with claims, and best practices for conversions.
• Perform pre-launch quality assurance for links, mobile rendering, promotional and discount logic, page speed, tracking, event firing, and cart and checkout processes.
• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce site management, digital production, or growth marketing execution within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or retail setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive sitewide campaign launches, new product introductions, and promotional strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or collaborating directly with engineers, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and data analysts.
• Extensive hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in using landing page builders (such as Figma) and A/B testing/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others).
• Strong understanding of URL parameters/UTMs, discount/promo logic, mobile responsiveness, pixel tracking/event firing, and page speed optimization.
• Excellent briefing and creative management abilities; capable of translating marketing objectives into actionable specifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, user experience (UX) design, and claims compliance.
• Analytical experience in formulating landing-page hypotheses, establishing conversion key performance indicators (KPIs), and assessing post-launch outcomes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a “nothing launches untested” mentality.
• Outstanding project management skills and calendar discipline; proactive communication and early risk identification.
• Unwavering commitment to customer experience and brand integrity.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in developing or fine-tuning autonomous AI agents for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
• Preferred: leadership experience in Product Management, Technical Operations, or Digital Site Experience.
