E-Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all local D2C E-Commerce initiatives throughout the region, ensuring top-tier execution.

• Create and execute a digital trading strategy that aligns with Group objectives and DTC commercial plans.

• Perform range and demand planning for designated markets.

• Streamline inventory across markets to enhance sell-through and yield.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports that track category performance, sales, margins, costs, sessions, conversion rates, and average order value.

• Establish campaigns and promotions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, STEP, and ERP systems.

• Partner with the Performance Marketing Team to design and implement digital campaigns aimed at boosting sales performance.

• Leverage data to gain insights into customer behavior, pinpoint challenges, and enhance the omnichannel experience.

• Provide second-line support for Customer Services when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field such as eCommerce or Digital Marketing.

• Over 4 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within a brand or retail context.

• Proficiency with E-Commerce and CMS platforms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore is a plus.

• Strong interest in emerging technologies.

• Business-level fluency in English.

• Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding organizational abilities.

• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A proactive mindset.
